.....Because today I have eaten :
4 Weetbix with brown sugar followed by 2 pieces of toast with vegemite, washed down with strong black coffee for brekky.
Lunch was a 4 inch baguette with home made hummus, corn relish, olives and Jewcumbers (pickled cucumbers) and S&V crisps.
Dinner - Special Polenta with Ratatouille/Vege sausage stew thing.
Coopers Pale Ale provided the beveragement.
