I Am So Sorry....

.. It's been too long, but here at LucidBruce Towers, life has been rather hectic this week. I'm frantically noodling away in the back room trying to finish off Space Roots, the epic slice of Prog Rock that has been in the works for years now.

However, I have been thinking of you. And you.

Some of the things eaten this weekend have been :

Weetbix (4 at a time)
Fried, marinated Tofu with Noodles
Chickpea Curry and Yellow Rice with Cumin Potatoes (courtesy of The Fuds)
Tomato Soup with bread.
Fried Egg sandwich.

That's what I'm talking about.

Saturday

Tonight we are having Indian Spiced Potatoes on Special Brown Rice with Peas. The brown rice has toasted coconut, sultanas, peanut butter and sweet chili sauce in it.

Corn Flakes were had for the breaking of the fast, Vegemite sangers for smoko. Beans on toast for lunch.

You think this is good, well, it is.

Spicy Corn and Quinoa soup for lunch.

Apologies...

...to everyone. Been such a mad week at work that I've been too tired to update this sensational blog.
Anyway, today began with Corn Flakes (generic) and coffee.

Smoko was muesli bar and 3 Vegemite foldover sarnies.

Got home to a baked spud with salad (beetroot, carrott and apple). 2 rounds of toast with Vegemite for snack.

Tonight I am cooking curried lentils with brown rice and brocolli.
